XO style, slow cooked spicy paste. Delicious with shellfish. Clean 1 kg of mussels or pipis well. Steam in a pan with a half a cup water until shells opened. Add half a jar of paste, stir until well mixed. Garnish with sliced spring onions & serve with steamed rice. Tasty with fried rice vermicelli, bean sprouts, eggs, chives, shredded cabbage & carrots.
